Our Australian line-up consists of selected prime cuts from leading growers, with our main supplier being the award winning Jacks Creek from Tamworth in NSW.We serve our carefully selected beef at our restaurant on Chevron Island in the Gold Coast, where you can enjoy Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ), sashimi and many of our original Wagyu- inspired creations.
